EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP OF BOTTLED WATER FOR SPEAKERS & DELEGATES (1 available)

£3,500 + VAT

As exclusive sponsor you can have your logo exclusively alongside the Flood & Coast logo on 3500 bottles of water - a perfect opportunity to target the delegate audience with a specific message and create brand-awareness.

Bottles are included in every delegate bag and in all conference rooms throughout and are on the tables at the Flood and Coast dinner on Wednesday evening.

LUNCH SPONSOR (3 available: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

£2,500 + VAT

A focus of the exhibition hall will be the networking lunches each day. Sponsorship acknowledgement featuring your logo will be displayed prominently in the three catering areas in the hall and on the catering tables.

COFFEE BREAK SPONSOR (2 available: Tuesday and Wednesday)

£1,500 + VAT

Three coffee breaks are scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday of the show – upon arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Sponsorship acknowledgement featuring your logo will be displayed prominently in the three catering areas in the hall and on the catering tables.

‘SUPER SHROPSHIRE’ FLOOD AND COAST DRINKS RECEPTION (3 available)

£500 + VAT

Everyone is invited to attend the Tuesday evening reception in the exhibition hall, where we will feature a range of ‘Super Shropshire’ food and drinks, including:-

  • Range of Battlefield beers and local lagers both as a sampling and as a full drink include Shropshire lager, Shropshire gold, 1403 dark beer
  • Local Gins to taste - one made in Ironbridge and one in Shrewsbury
  • Selection of cheeses from Mr Moyden along with local Heathers Harvest chutneys
  • Selection of canapes and light bites using local Buttercross Farm pork, Cherrington Farm beef, Coopers pork pie and sausage rolls sausage rolls.
  • Selection on Shropshire ice-cream served in taster pots served from traditional bike
  • Soft drinks from Radnor hills
  • Mineral water from Wenlock

Each of the three catering areas on the exhibit hall plan will be utilised as serveries and tasting stations, as well as serving wine from the old and new worlds. Each sponsor will sponsor one catering area and sponsorship acknowledgement featuring your logo will be displayed prominently in this area in the hall and on the catering tables.
