Gemma is a Communications Manager and accountable for setting and delivering the communications strategy for Flood & Coastal Risk Management within the Environment Agency – working closely with Defra. 

Gemma has more than 15 years experience of public relations and reputation management and has also implemented communication strategies for many well-known private sector organisations in the UK and overseas. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
